When You Can Request a Refund
You may request a refund if the file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
You may also request a refund if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if the eBook you received is materially different from its description on our website.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Once an eBook has been successfully downloaded and is accessible, we generally cannot offer a refund for a change of mind, as the digital content cannot be returned.
Refunds are not available where the issue is caused by an incompatible device or software that you chose to use, unless a compatible format can be provided.

Email help@wiksebacademy.com with your order details and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a screenshot or further information to help us review your request.
We aim to respond to every request promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
